The customer service SUCKS!!!! ANYTIME you call you are IMMEDIATELY placed on hold for 5 minutes after they answer. When they finally return to find out the nature of your call there is no apology for the rude abrupt hold. When you are in there they rush you during the entire dining process. Arigatos has become an in-dining Mc Donald’s.
So here’s how I will sum up my most recent visit to Arigato’s as well as my previous visits. Decent food, mildly amusing and entertaining and just within range of staying affordable. The cooks can make all the difference based on their personality, interactions and ability to cook your food to order without overcooking it. I like to take my kids and hope they are entertained and learn.
