The Best. I have been eating at Beef Burger for over 20 years. It is simply the best! The sauce that is put on the burgers is great! The Beef Burger special is the best bet when dipped in the sauce. Also can’t go wrong with the cheese burger box or chicken filet box! For a burger no place in GUILFORD county can beat Beef Burger!

I truly don’t understand the love for this place. Is it just because it’s nostalgic to some? The food is horrible. How does anyone not notice this? If you really want a good burger, go to Emma Keys or Fincastles! Trust me!

Saucy Old Lady. Like many who come to this old place, I first ate here in the late ’50’s or early ’60’s when it was called Biff Burger. There were two of them in Greensboro then, the other on E. Bessemer, and is, or was at one point, a chinese restaurant – the unique structure is still recongizable. Another one in High Point on Main Street, another in Burlington. They were part of a chain out of Florida, now long gone. This place changed its name in the 1980’s, greatly expanded it menu over the years, but very little else has changed. The building is old and worn, seating is limited, and it is not the cleanest place around. The burgers are still the reason to come, and the sauce is what makes this burger different – it is a thin, tangy sauce that compliments the equally thin patty. Initially most ate the burger with just the sauce, no other toppings, and I still do.. They were small and cheap, and a large bag could be had for next to nothing – my two bothers and I often would get 5 or 6 at a time, now a couple will do me.And I still come here as much for what was, as for what is. Now that the original Ham’s is closed, only this place Yum Yum, Stamey’s, and Libby Hills Seafood remain of the places we ate at regularly – and none are quite what they once were, some not nearly so.Come in for a different burger, try it with only the sauce – simple burger from a simplier time. Good folks here, they’ll take care of you – been doing it for a while now.

Old time burger joint. Vegans should run, run as though they’ve never run before. Rotating burger grill dripping burger juice on the buns. Thick fries. Excellent shakes. You can’t eat like this all the time, but you need to on occassional just to remind you if what good really is.

Sketchy, but good. This place is coated in a layer of grease, but their burgers are so good. The special sauce is where it’s at!
