Over the past 20 yrs i’ve eaten just about everywhere in greensboro. this continues to not only be my favorite vietnamese restaurant, but my favorite restaurant period!
Awesome food. Everything I have tried has been great. This as good as it gets in Greensboro when it comes to authentic Vietnamese food. Prices are reasonable and they are open 7 days a week! Their Pho is light yet flavorful and the broth is clear and not cloudy like some places. The hoisin they serve is specially concocted and is delish! I just love this place.
Mixed Results On First Visit. Finally tried this little place. We called in a take out order, and tried several different things. We ordered a Spring Egg Roll, but unfortunately it did not make it to the order we took home.The Crispy Quail appetizer was just ok, a little dry, and weak on flavor.The Papaya Salad was excellent, nice mix of tastes. The Pho with Seafood was not a version that did much for me. I found the broth to have an odd flavor – I much prefer the pho at Vietnamese Garden and Pho Hien Young, I think they are richer and more complex. The noddles and additional items here were nice, but the broth is the key, of course.The Pork Ribs in Brine were outstanding, a dish I will certainly order again. The Hibachi Filet Mignon was very good, though the fried rice and the soup were just ordinary. So a rather mixed bag here for us, we’ll try some other items along the way. The folks that run this place are great, very friendly and helpful.
I went here with my 2 daughters and they almost never like new food, but they just LOVED the Pho (rice noodle soup). The prices were unbelievably low, especially considering the amount and quality of food. I would highly recommend this to other families with picky eaters.
The atmosphere is really cozy and family friendly. The food is quite tasty and is a nice mix of traditional and modern flavours. The service is very helpful and nice. Anytime I want quick tasty Asian cuisine Binh Minh is the place I’m going to.
