Favorite Vietnamese Restaurant in the Triad. Now that Vietnamese Garden is closed, Binh Minh is my new favorite Vietnamese Restaurant in the Triad. The interior is unassuming, but clean. The staff are friendly, and the food is good. Nothing fancy or unexpected here, but they make good, traditional Vietnamese dishes. I’ve had at least 5 different dishes here, and all have been good solid meals – none have been bad. They won’t blow you away like Vietnamese Garden used to, but at least their service is much better.
