Captain D’s has my most favorite food in the world, but the service at this restraunt is beyond terrible. I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes while the customer ahead of me cussed the employee out through the speaker at the drive thru. This is not the first time, I came a few months ago on a Friday night and as I pulled up at 8pm they were closing because the managers wife had a baby. The next time I came, I sat in line for 30 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have what I wanted. The service is not only terrible, its unprofessional and I hate this establishment gives Captain D’s a bad reputation. I honestly wait to hear they are closing due to the service. I’m not sure how the establishment stays open.
Consumer. I paid for 2 dlx seafood platters for my wife and self. We decided to eat inside establishment. I was told that two extra crab cakes were being made and would be delivered to table. 25 minutes later we had finished our meal. Still the promised crab cakes were not delivered. I was told at counter after bringing to their attention and they ask the cook to make 2 cakes and that we could take them home. I’m sorry but I paid 20.24 to dine inside but didnt get what I paid for. I choose not to eat at this particular Captain D’s on E Cone Blvd in Greensboro NC.

I go out of my way to eat here.fast ,hot food cooked on order.corn on the cob does go with fish.great sweet tea and the BEST tarter sauce on earth.sometimes you can add 5 med .fantail shrimp for $1.love the fish .good fried okra as a side.hushpuppys rate #1.check out the specials board as you come in .drive thru stays busy.always been good for me and my other family members.my 92 yr old granny loves it too .a large meal for under $10.
