  Keep It Simple & Basic. If you want delivery of Chinese food in Greensboro, this is one of your best shots. Now, having said that, it is pretty ordinary, at best, especially once you get beyond the very, very basics – Pork Fried Rice, Egg Rolls, BBQ Spare Ribs, Steamed or Fried Dumplings, Lo Mein, Pepper Steak, Fried Chicken Wings, etc. Most of the more complex dishes – Szechuan, Hunan, or Mongolian Beef or Chicken, or Kuon-Po Chicken (their spelling), or Pepper Chicken with Onions just end up drowned in the same ubiquitous, overly sweet brown sauce and a ton of extraneous vegetables never intended for these dishes – and very little meat.On the good side, delivery is generally prompt, and prices are reasonable, and you can choose between large (quart) and small (pint) sizes on many dishes.When you just don’t want to pick it up, just call it in, but keep it simple and basic.02 Sep, 2014Solid Americanized Chinese Take Out. We placed an order for delivery recently – you have 3 choices on delivery – the restaurant itself, GrubHub, or Take Out Triad. We chose to tried the restaurant itself since they had always been quick before – no different this time, our order was delivered in about 35 minutes.Nothing especially exciting about the choices: Small BBQ Spare Rib,1 Shrimp Egg Roll, an order of Fried Chicken Wings (10 wings), a pint of Pork Fried Rice, an order of Szechuan Beef, and Pepper Chicken with Onions – pretty standard take out.Nothing was O M G, but nothing was MEH! I consider that a pretty successful Chinese take out order in Greensboro, NC. The egg roll has some decent flavor, it is not all Napa Cabbage – we like this egg roll. The Chicken Wings are the poster child for Chinese style wings in this area, and probably beyond – we like these wings The Spare Ribs are solid, and as you would expect, on the sweet, sticky side – these ribs we also approve of.The Fried Rice was tasty, grains separated nicely, not mushy, decent overall flavor – also approved of. The Szechuan Beef was pretty much as remembered, and expected – a few too many vegetables in a dish that should be about the beef, and the sauce is a little on the sweet side, and the heat level is low – we have come to accept this version of this dish as our fate.The Pepper Chicken with Onions ( a version of Black Pepper Chicken, a personal favorite, a constant quest) was solid, not my dream version – sauce a little too noticeable, chicken a little too thin – also resolved that this is most often the fate of this dish when we try it – I did not return any of the amount apportioned to me.So, a decent dinner – a few itchs scratched, a few yearnings tempered. We will order again from here, changing some dishes around, playing the game of Chinese Take Out Roulette. The food still isn’t bad, and it’s still convenient.

  This is my go-to Chinese restaurant for takeout. It’s your typical Chinese takeout but it is very good and they have great prices – $5 for an insane amount of food at lunch. I love the general tso’s. Friendly people.

  Special Lunch with a special Price for Big EVENTs!!!. Last year (2010), i was a volunteer @ China Express to help this big event: Market America taken place in Greensboro~~they sold a special lunch box with a free bottle of water for just only $5. The staffs always work hard and as a team to make the best food for participants of MA. Their great service and attitude have been around for years and years! As i know, they have done this big event every year~~they sell 500 lunch boxes every day, and 1500 lunch boxes for 3 days during the Market America event. Hope event goes well this year! Wish their success, and make it more well known.

  China express. Freaky fast delivery food and delicious lo main and sesame chicken also the broccoli is amazing not to mention the jumbo wings, the delivery range is HUGE
