Last straw. These morons have NEVER gotten my order right, EVER!!. The girls at the window are rude at best, and compared to other Cook Outs, they are slow, slow, slow. Tonight’s order: Outwest burger (onion, bacon, pickles, cheese and bbq sauce) tray with fries and onion rings. WHAT I ACTUALLY GOT: burger with onion and pickles, fries and hush puppies. I should have checked it there and then, but didn’t. Don’t worry, I won’t be going back.
OMG! Their milkshakes need to be replicated for the rest of the country! Why can’t they find a way to get to TX?? Banana pudding and chocolate shakes are my faves by far. Banana pudding shake has bananas, whipped cream, and crushed vanilla wafers mixed right in. Burgers are better than Five Guys…fries too.
