  Horrific Mangement & Delicious Food. My family made reservations to attend the Mother’s Day Brunch ( reservations were made 3 moths prior.) We arrived 15 minutes early, were seated promptly and service was superb! Unfortunately, at the end of our brunch, we received our check where we suddenly realized that we had been over-charged!!! The Brunch menu that is available on the Grandover website CLEARLY states a price and includes the Buffett offerings. It also specifically says that each guest is entitled to a mimosa to enjoy during their dinning experience. However, when we calmly shared our concerns with management, an endless and tiring saga began. We were told by the wait staff that they would send a manager over. The first manager to arrive simply said she could do nothing and that she could send someone else. The next manager, Terri, arrived. She basically mocked us as if we read the website incorrectly, even though we both had our phones turned to the website and CLEARLY showed her the black & white print. She continued to ignore our concerns and basically laughed and smiled constantly telling us there was nothing she could do. She advised us to speak to another manager or we could even contact the President of the company!?!?! At this point, she was suggesting we talk to the THIRD manager in under a 15 minute time frame!!! What exactly is she bring paid for if she can’t do anything!?!? Very confusing? We then, demanded to speak to the General Manager, which after a 15 minute wait, never arrived! At this point, we paid the bill and left disgusted in the horrific customer service that the management is responsible for!!! My only suggestion…do yourself a favor…FIRE your horrible Management team…they are a dis-service to your incredible wait staff!!!
