Not sure how a place that bases its name on wings can serve such a poor product. Have tried this location on numerous occasions and while the beer is cold with many choices the wings are not only most always served cold but cooked to a crisp! No matter how many seasoning options you offer, if the wing is cooked like sawdust its a mute point.
ECW Lost Their Way with Redesign on Newoe Garden. I love the grilled chicken salad at ECW and usually enjoy one a week! My husband and I were very excited when the New Garden (Greensboro) location redesigned their space–expanding the bar area and creating a space for carry out. Since the redesign, I’m sad to report, it’s as though the restaurant does not have a manager. Patrons wait for anyone to wander by the front door to seat them. The carry out personnel are more interested in chatting than actually serving anyone and tables sit full of dirty plates for way too long. If I had never been there before I would never return. In fact, I am calling them right now for carry out and the phone has been ringing non-stop for 10 minutes. So they may even lose my carry out business. STILL No answer. Whoever is managing this place should be fired. THey have a terrific product but clients will only put up with poor service for a very short time.
