Decided one morning to buy biscuits for my office so I phoned ahead and asked if they could prepare 15 biscuits that were being publicized at a special price. The worker answering the phone said that she would get my order ready but she also said that she wanted a tip. When I arrived at Hardees to pick up the biscuits the morning manager said that he could only give me the special price on the first two biscuits & would have to pay regular price for the rest. If restaurant staff treat their customers in an unprofessional manner I really do not trust what they are doing with the food behind the counter. I won’t be back in this restaurant.
3 Day Old Chicken. I went through the drive -thru at the 1501 Westover Terrace, Greensboro, NC 27408 Hardee’s location Monday morning, Dec 5 and I ordered a chicken biscuit. I get to the office, bit into the biscuit and it is the worst piece of refried, 3-day old, piece of chicken you have ever seen. It was three shades darker than a fresh piece of chicken should look and foul tasting. I hope I don’t get sick! I called the manager to tell him that I am writing Hardees Corporate about the crap they willfully sold me……ridiculous!
Worst Drive Thru Ever. The service in this location has absolutely gone in the toilet over the last year. They have managed to completely take the fast out of fast food. The last three visits have resulted in me having to pull forward and wait, and there were no complicated orders, right off the fricking menu board at the yell-thru.Today at lunch, I order the large Chicken Tender, and it took over 15 minutes to get it. They said they only had enough for a small order, so they had to fry some more. This was shortly before noon, do they not sell many chicken tenders here? I could fry an entire chicken in that time frame.
