Inside atmosphere feels very nice in an urban sort of way. Very comfortable, relaxed lighting.Waitress was nice, and competent. Very gracious. There was a mistake with my order, but they handled it graciously and promptly resolved the issue.I’m a harsh food critic, and I’ll go ahead and say that I thought this food was fantastic. Very elegantly served and tastey.I recommend this restaurant.
The Pimento Cheeseburger is great. Ask for extra napkins with it . Baked beans are also good.
Probably one of my top 5 in Greensboro! Always excellent service and I wont get a steak anywhere else! The wood fired grill gives the meat a unique flavor! Try the BBQ chicken with baked beans and slaw…even if it’s not on the menu, just ask for it, you won’t be sorry!
Went there for dinner tonight because my boyfriend really wanted Prime rib. They were out but the manger Talyor was really nice and comped our drinks. With service like that I can’t wait to go back and eat there.
Impressed.. My wife and I have now visited Harper’s twice and left both times very satisfied with the overall experience from the food through to the service. The first time we went we ordered Guacamole Live as our appetizer. Initially I thought the $10 cost was high but after realizing that the ‘Live’ aspect of the title meant that the waiter would be preparing fresh guac table side I changed my mind. The Guac was fresh (clearly), delicious, and accompanied by far more chips than any 2 people need (and they were bottomless and came with sour cream and salsa!). For entrees my wife ordered the sante fe chicken soup and I ordered the BBQ brisket tacos. The brisket was fantastic and the slaw that sat a top my tacos was quite good as well. The side of spicy beans and rice were amazing too. The second trip we decided to get burgers – the Angus for me and the Black Bean for my wife. Great place to get a burger. Anyone who thinks Five Guys compares has had his mind warped by our fast food nation 🙂 The service has been awesome both times as well as the staff was very friendly, personable, and engaging.
Lunch. Nice place for lunch… ask for the side of Pasta Salad, even if it’s not on the menu!
Overpriced for what you get. If you want a burger walk around the corner to Five Guys. The food is ok, nothing anyone will remember. There are better restaurants in Greensboro.
