Delicious Vietnamese food! I really like the pho with lean rare flank steak. Service is good. Very friendly staff. I was especially impressed to see them scrubbing the tables, chairs, booths and condiment bottles clean. Clean is good!
I’ll be generous and give I love pho 3 stars. I’ve been here a few times, and have never been terribly impressed. Given the positive ratings others give this place, I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt before making a determination, but I love pho just doesn’t do much for me. The dining room is nothing special, and neither is the service – of course, both of those things would not be issues if the food was excellent, but unfortunately it was not. Their curry is prepared differently than most thai curries I have had. Their chicken fried rice is also different (not in a good way) and had way too much pepper, of all things. I don’t eat pho, but my wife had it and thought it was average at best, although no worse than any other pho in the Triad.
