  Dirty. Weird Service. Unsettling experience. The place is filthy, carpet is one big stain with things embedded in the fibers all over the place. The tile flooring looked like it hadn’t been mopped in years. All other surfaced seemed grimy and dingy as well. Table was clean though.Waitstaff was scattered and disorganized, but nice. The whole restaurant setup is incorrect. The kitchen is open to the dining room, and you can clearly hear the waitstaff and the kitchen staff being snippy, rude, and short with each other. Not professional at all, and twice while I was in the restaurant a waitress had an argument with a chef about something wrong with an order, and yelled back at the customer to ask a question, making the waitress the go between with the customer and the cook via shouts across the restaurant. The customer seemed mortified. The manager just peacocks around the place. He needed to be pitching in, cleaning and assisting with quietly clearing up conflicts but as far as I could tell he did little more than stand around an occasionally do cashier duty. Overall very odd restaurant experience.

  I ordered eggs and pancakes it took an unusually long time. It was not busy at all being 9 am. When the order came out it was cold! I asked the waiter Luis to please reorder it because it was cold. He took it but was rude. My order came back out hot and was very good. I was happy and content. Then Luis came over and asked if it was ok, I told him it was very good and thank you. He then proceeded to tell me that the manager had cooked my food both times and didn’t understand why I thought it was cold!!!!!!! I told him look I was totally happy why do you want to argue??? He looked at me shrugged his shoulders and walked away!!!!!! The food was great when it got there but the service and timing of the order was bad!!!
