My hubby and I stopped into Jacks for a quick lunch. Based on the outside I wasn’t sure what to expect. Once inside there were plenty of open tables but I wasn’t sure if I should seat myself or wait. As I walked to a table, a woman yelled that she would take our order at the register. I looked over the menu and decided on the gyro platter which consists of a gyro, side salad and fries. The gyro was tasty, but mostly bread. The salad with house dressing was delicious! The fries were lacking the Greek seasoning that I love so much. I would definitely go back to try the shawarma sandwich and a salad. This place was better than I expected.
Can’t go wrong with a gyro. Had the chicken gyro with fries. The cucumber sauce was delicious and flavorful and the thinly sliced chicken made for a perfect combination.
