Terrible after two bad experiences back to back won’t go back. Ordered app and sushi the waiter brought sushi and said app would be up soon. Guest I was with both times ate hibachi, and while everyone was just starting to eat waiter brought checks and to go containers. Never got a drink refill.
Terrible. It was terrible the waiter said service was poor because they were short in kitchen we had to find drinks and serve ourself They had no probably charging 18% gratuity for the service they didn’t provide. I will never come back
Worst service I ever experienced!! We walked out of the restaurant after waiting an hour and half for our meal.
First Sushi Experience, Excellent!. Monday night was the first time I had been back to Kabutos in many years. My date wanted me to try sushi for the first time ever. I was hesitant but it was absolutely delicious! It was the perfect atmosphere at the back of the restaurant at the sushi bar for a quiet date. We were greeted upon arrival by the owner and Kim, our waitress was very attentive and helpful with the menu.At the end of our meal the assistant manager stopped by to check on us. I will be definitely be going back soon to try the hibachi
Priced too high for mediocre experience at best. Service was ok food prep and flavor was below average.
Tasty food, great environment. When you go to a Japanese steakhouse, you want high-quality food and an entertaining, talented chef, and you don’t want to drop your life savings on dinner. Go to Kabuto; you’ll be happy. It is a longtime favorite of mine in Greensboro. I’ve celebrated many birthdays and other occasions there.
Excellent sushi!! My favorite sushi spot in the triad.
