We have enjoyed Libby Hill since moving to North Carolina in 2006. It’s fried seafood so you should know mostly what to expect. This is not fine dining but the food is good. It’s pretty much fast food and the portions are monstrous. It’s a bit chilly and I’m a man so you know it’s cold. Give it a try it’s good. 🙂
First visit was mediocre. Service started poorly but got progressively better. COLD temperature in the restaurant. Broiled fisherman’s platter was okay – salmon was dry, scallops were good, deviled crab and oysters not good. Rice pilaf was okay. Hushpuppies were good. Fried shrimp was not cooked enough. Reasonably priced. Lots of old people dining.
