This place was amazing! I was celebrating an anniversary with my boyfriend. The staff were very considerate, I walked in and they told us happy anniversary. I got to the table and we had rose petals and a candle! The food was so great, we didn’t even like steak before coming here, but we loved the steak at Ruth’s Chris! It is nothing like I have had before.( I got the lamb chops, bestfood I have ever tasted) I could easily say this was my favorite restaurant. In my opinion, the price range was worth what they gave us. It was easily the best meal and the most romantic experience I have ever had the pleasure to have.

Service was good for a chain restaurant but the food was very disappointing. Ridiculously over priced for this area one should expect perfection. The rib eye came still boiling in a puddle of butter and over cooked when it should have been resting. My side of sauted mushrooms were also swimming in butter. I left feeling like I had eaten a $75 tub of butter. I wouldn’t go back for free.

Consistently Wonderful. My fiancee and I went here for our first date (my first time ever) and I couldn’t believe how wonderful the food was. Now we go here for Valentine’s Day and my birthday. He also took me here the night he proposed………very special place for us. The sizzling platter with the melted butter and steak is just magical! These are the absolute best steaks I’ve ever had! The sides are so good and each one is enough for two. The wine list is excellent as well. I can’t imagine anyone saying this is anything but top notch. We love it!

Over Priced, Over Rated. Wow, I’m not having much luck lately getting a good, much less a great meal, at a fine dining restaurant in the area. We haven’t been to Ruth’s Chris in several years because I’ve felt the pricing was not supported by the quality of the meal, and because on our last visit the manager spent more than few minutes explaining how my steak really was a rib eye, despite the complete lack of marbling or fat of any description – that steak had some serious NY Strip DNA, imo.We went recently because a friend wanted to try the place – and who knows, things are always changing in the restaurant arena, and they have here – they’ve gotten worse. It is a beautiful place inside, with some nice booths available that give a sense of privacy. There were a fair number of people here for a Monday night, with several large tables fully occupied. I was able to add more support to my theory that no one dresses up to go out to eat – a trend also noticeable at church services and funerals. My vodka martini was nicely made, served in a large glass which contained much more ice than vodka. The charming waitress suggested a nice pinot for my wife. Our appetizer choice was Crab Cakes. They came rather quickly on what we were assured was a very hot, 500 degree plate. I’m not sure why you would need or want a 500 degree plate for two crab cakes, but it was there never the less. These weren’t really cakes, but rather scoops of mostly crab, seared only on the bottom, and contained a lemon butter sauce of sorts, consisting of chopped green and red peppers, and no hint of lemon. Not quite what I expected, or am used too. Would not reorder. This was followed with their Chopped Salad, an item we had enjoyed in the past, but this was not a good rendition. There was no sign of either egg or bacon, the dressing was thin and watery with little bleu cheese taste, and the fried onions on top were overcooked. No reorder here, either. We ordered the Porterhouse for 2 since we had enjoyed the cut at Keen’s Steakhouse in NYC, and at Fleming’s, locally. This was the biggest disappointment of all. The meat was greasy, and with a terribly mushy texture, and there was the 500 degree plate again. My wife, who loves beef almost as much as she loves waffles, could manage only a couple of small pieces, before giving up, and I soon followed suit. This was a bad cut of meat and never should have made it out of the kitchen, but this kitchen was having a bad night all around.I officially give up on this place after several bad experiences, and this last one, the worst of all. I have had decent, though overpriced meals, at other Ruth’s Chris locations, but this place is simply too expensive and the quality too poor, to come back here again..

The best steak I’ve ever had. No meat glue in the steaks there!

Very expensive but worth it. It was literally the best steak I’ve had in my life.
