I have been a customer for a long time and have become more frustrated each time I went. I now have decided that this place is on the downhill swing unless they improve their customer service. My order was wrong-again-and I never got an apology. Instead, the waitress walked out of her station and slammed the gate which caused an instrument to fall off of the wall. Needless to say everyone looked at me I suppose to find out why she was pissed. When I got my corrected order, there was nothing said to me. Not one word. I looked at my tacos and they were flat and hardly had anything in them. I told the waitress that I was not going to pay for that. I would keep the rest of my order but I wanted my money back on the tacos. I was polite to her during this but she again refused to apologize. Terrible service and I notice it usually happens with the younger girls. Managemt needs to ensure they are training these young people on how to provide great service instead of a poor attitude. Will not be recommending this place to anyone again!

I love this place! Always great drink specials and a friendly staff. Ceviche tacos are one of my favorites though everything I’ve had here is very good. They have well done traditional American Mex food as well as some incredible regional dishes. Highly recommended
Not a place to go with a large group. The wait staff was very unorganized with our order, orders came out wrong, part of our order seemed to have disappeared. Then it took a long time to pay, everyones order was on the same check and we had about 40 in our party.
Service is awful. Staff is unfriendly. I first started going to this place right after they opened and was impressed, but the quality of service and the quality of the food has gone down hill.The other night I went there with my brother for dinner. They were not that busy and yet it took more than an hour for our food to finally be brought out and then only after I complained. The manager on duty threated to call the police! And for what, complaining? Several other people came in and got served and actually left while my brother and i sat waiting. Other people sent their food back because it arrived cold.I will never go back!
