Prices are not good for the amount of sushi or sashimi received. Spicy tuna salad was tiny. Sushi roll had 5 pieces. I’ll stick with Wasabi or Sushi Republic. Waiter Taylor had zero personality.
Not worth the hype. I read a lot of positive reviews about US Sushi and expected good quality sushi. Wow, was I ever disappointed. The fish in my rolls was far from fresh (and very chewy!) and the hibachi shrimp meal left a lot to be desired. The rice in the meal was overcooked and bland. In fact, most of my meal was bland. All in all, it was edible but certainly not worth going back.
