Wow I was surprised to read the review below this one. I doubt this person has ever been to this place before. It’s the most authentic Italian restaurant in town. The food is homemade and delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great! I’ve been going for years and the owners and managers have not changed. I’d suspect that the reviewer is just advertising for Salvinos because nothing they say is true.

Used to be the best Italian restaurant in town. What they are now is just a shadow of themselves. Poor service, poor food, sad atmosphere. Food under seasoned and over cooked. If you want good Italian, go to Salvinos.

Yuck. I been here a few years ago and didn’t like it, but friends wanted to go so we did. Still is bad! First my husband couldn’t drink the water it was so bad, and my husband will eat/drink anything. The a bug fell on the spare bread plate. The bread was the best part of the meal. The salad was turning brown and only had 1 slice tomato, that’s it brown lettuce and tomato. I ordered Chicken Alfredo, the alfrado sauce was so thin and runny it wouldn’t cover the noodles or chicken because it was so runny. The chicken had no flavor and was soggy! I ate 3 bites and couldn’t eat anymore. My son got the kids chicken tenders and fries which he loves, he didn’t eat much chicken at all but ate the fries. My husband ordered the Chicken and Sausage Parmigiana he said it was bad, he had to look for the chicken which was just chunks not a fillet of chicken as the menu states. His plate was drowning in marinara sauce, bad marinara sauce at that.Waiter was pretty good at first then he we never got refills! They weren’t busy at all. Also took like 30mins for him to run the credit cards! Olive Garden is 200 times better!

Villa rosa may be the absolute worst dining experience I have had in my 43 years of existence. To begin with the food was asbsolutley horrible and that is being very polite. As we were waiting for our food nearly 2 hours after it was ordered we felt compelled to go outside and tell everyone waiting in line to eat that they must go somewhere else. Our experience up to that point in the night absolutely obligated us to look out for other helpless potential patrons who had no idea of what they may experience. Upon sharing our frustrations with the lovely and understanding manager we were made to feel as if it was our fault and nothing could be done to avert this disaster. She then proceeded to clean and clear tables in lieu of addressing our needs. Needless to say she was a classless person who took no responsibility for anything that happened. I will mention that after a heated discussion she offered to take 7.8% off our bill. What a generous gesture given that 4 entire meals were not even delivered to the table but were included in the bill ($72). For those of you who aren’t math scholars that would have been a net + $42 to the restaurant if we elected to pay at that point. We thought long and hard about ordering desert at that point but decided to pass. We gracefully tipped the staff 18% but made sure to offer the advice that in our opinion their efforts and their families wallets would be better served working at a new establishment.

I don’t understand why this place is not packed! It is not the best Italian food I’ve had, but; the food was very good and the prices can’t be beat. Service was excellent, nice atmosphere & decor. I would definitely eat here again when in the area.
