Passing through town, so we didn’t know anything about it. Tested the basics. Garlic bread was crunchy, buttery and garlicky … just out of the oven … perfect. Thousand island dressing was home-made. I had spaghetti with meatballs and marinara, and my wife had spaghetti with meat sauce. Portions were generous. Both dishes were very good. The marinara was excellent. Definitely recommend.
Having ordered an amazing assortment of takeout from here one night, we decided to dine in tonight (staying at a local hotel). We first had some really great cocktails, then decided to get a few different entrees and appetizers. Everything was seriously amazing and the service was really prompt and nice. I don’t often write restaurant reviews (don’t eat out that much as I love to cook) but my wife and I were both blown away by this place. Great experience!Food 10/10 Service 10/10
I visited this restaurant recently for the first time. I live in Asheville but come to Greensboro often on business. I seriously cannot believe I had never been here before! Since I prefer Italian I usually go to other Italian restaurants in the area (99% of which seem to be chains). This place is locally owned by real Sicilians and it shows. The food is seriously amazing. My colleagues and I all tried different dishes and I tried a bit of each. They were all really great, you can tell that they make the sauces homemade and that the meats are fresh. I had the Veal Franchess and it was so tender I’m craving it again right now. Everything was also a good price and the service was excellent and very attentive. I have already recommended this place to several of my business colleagues.
