Customer writes a bad review saying the food/service was bad.Owner fires the server then post the complaint w/ servers and customers info. for all employees to see as a warning, very unprofessional way to handle the situation. The owner curses at his employees. So if the service is not up to par, you know what they say about s**t falling downhill. It always starts from the top. Treating your employees with dignity and respect would go a long way and boost moral. Just saying! see attached—I had the decency to hide names of worker and customer!
