Our pizza orders there have gotten worse to terrible. I think either they were sold or they just don;t care We just had a pie that was a lump of cheese with little flavor . Had to throw out any leftovers.
I really like the prosciutto panini. I always order it! Sometimes the balsamic vinegar levels differ, which really impedes on the flavor of the overall panini. Although this is true, the fries that come with it are large and juicy. Would recommend this one food option based on my love and sole rating of it.
I ordered dinner for delivery one evening which took over 1 hour and the order was incorrect. Nothing like cold dinner and it was all wrong. Decided to give it one more time. Go figure 1 hr and 10 minutes later everything was cold and again the order was wrong. Sad excuses both times. Of course Massimo is never around. The food is fair if you go in and baby sit them so they can’t screw up. They all need training on how to take an order over the phone and prepare the food correct. A big plus would be to drive 1 mile in less than 80 minutes. Nothing like warming my oven to heat my food than to find out its not correct. I promise I will not order from either fast food dives they call Italian food. SAD……….It’s not the owners fault I think they do their best. They should seriously look into some good staff.
Best pizza in all of Greenville! And the garlic knots and calzones are amazing as well. My mouth is watering just thinking about Marabella’s.

Good Food / Poor Service. As stated by others, the Grandma or any of their old-world pizzas are great. The service however, is terrible. The staff is rude on the phone when taking orders and are even more rude in person. They act as if your order is an inconvenience to them. Management needs to perform some customer service training.
