We always without fail receive poor service anytime we go here. My boyfriend loved their food though so we continue to go although I would not mind never eating there again.
The food is delicious but the service is not good. The waiters can get creepy and flirt way too much.

Best Mexican in Greenville 4 sure!. Dare I say curiosity got the best of me, as with any new restaurant that pops up in Greenville NC, regardless of the cuisine, but tried La Ribera that just opened on the corner of Red Banks and Arlington and they were awful. Wait staff was hideous, I received COLD food slapped on a hot plate, salsa was bland, chips stale, I sent BACK my initial entree and received an alternate course which was equivically terrible as the first. No concern from management at all regarding sending a plate back, something I was surprised at, and my girlfriend’s fajita dish was an abominable quality of meat etc. Just a pathetic experience. Mi Cabana, you have them beat by light years in terms of quality, service and price. La Ribera will perish in the midst of their lavish facade and eye popping interior and hopefully realize in their predictably bankrupt state the error of their ways.
Meh. The Mi Cabana by the mall is pretty good. However, the Mi Cabana near the hospital had awful service the last time I was there. The waiter was too busy watching a soccer game on tv to bother bringing us water, to go containers, or the check. He did bring my husband a water refill after his drink had been empty several minutes, but didn’t bring me one even though my drink was also empty. 10 minutes later he asked if I wanted a refill- NO, I wanted it 15 minutes ago when my drink was first empty! I asked for the check and never got it. I finally had to go to the register and have her ring up my stuff while he stayed at the bar watching soccer.
