EXCELLENT DINNERWe had an excellent time last night. Our party of four enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The various pasta was freshly made. What made our dinner special was the service. Our waitress, Heather, went the extra step to make our evening special.
Service. Waited over 30 Minutes for a ‘pronto lunch’, ended up wasting nearly my entire lunch break and only had 5 minutes to eat everything when I got back to work… the sad part is they weren’t even busy so why was I waiting so long?
Go somewhere else, this is another chain wanna be restaurant. Pastas are terrible and taste very pre-frozen. I had better dinner at ECU cafeteria. The only good thing I can say is some of the servers are very nice .
Food was good. Beef and tortellini was notable. Salad is basically iceberg lettuce. Service was attentive but rushed. Bill was on the table before everyone finished their meal. Nothing unique, but consistent.
ALWAYS GREAT !. Yes there is always a wait, but it’s worth it! I have been many times and I have NEVER had anything less than excellent food and adequate service, and usually wonderful service! My personal favorite is Steak Gorgonzola-Alfredo, undoubtedly the best on the menu! I occasionally like to substitute Tortellini for the Fettuccine for an equally delicious but different twist. FYI always ask for extra balsamic glaze !
Typical corporate restaurant. The service is always rushed, way before your done eating your appetizer here come the salads then way before thats done here comes your meal and then way before thats done here comes the bill. Its annoying. The timing needs to be slowed down a lot! People come out to eat for the experience and the experience is not one that I enjoy. Also you can tell the food is frozen and not made from scratch. But then again its a corporate giant and this is how they work. So if you like that then keep goin there. Otherwise I’d check out other family owned restaurants like Basils or Atavolas. Much better atmosphere, better service, fresh food!
