Always just oksy!. Good place for folks to get together for a Birthday or special event since everyone sits together. Food id always just okay. Kind of hack for the genre. I go every once in a while.
Had sushi today for dinner. Disappointing for a Japanese Steakhouse. Flavors were ordinary; nothing stood out. Tasted like fresh supermarket sushi; overall service was lacking, server was nice but not very inviting and not a good ambassador for the restaurant. This was our second and last visit.
Decent!. I’m not crazy about their sushi, it’s not bad. Don’t really love the food either! But what I do love is the atmosphere of the environment and the ginger salad dressing!!!! The price is pretty decent.
Sappari. This is my favorite place to eat with my husband and our friends. We go quite often. I love the soup. The salads are ok, just lettuce and you might get lucky with a carrot once in a while. Ask for dressing on the side because they really dump it up there. I always order steak and chicken. Depending on which cook you get, the food can be fair to outstanding. All the cooks are friendly, some are more outgoing and entertaining than others. We do not drink so I cannot comment on the cocktails, but I see lots of people drinking the japanese beer and various cocktails whenever I go so they must be good. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job of keeping the customers happy. I would reccomend this place to anyone who likes steak, chicken or seafood. Even if you dont think you would like it, give it a try.
Copious amounts of food. I have been here a few times. Service is good, and you get LOTS of food. I’m a big guy, and even I couldn’t finish it all. It a good value for a Japanese steakhouse. The sushi is reasonable as well.
Sapparis is a great place for a birthday girl. Food was great and very plentiful, atmosphere always upbeat, and smiles all around for everyone..even the older patrons
Fun for Birthday Parties. This is a really entertaining experience! I have gone several times and each time I am entertained. If you are a person who doesn’t mind sitting around a grill with several other couples/strangers then this will be great for you. My Dad on the other hand, does not, he prefers a private table, so obviously this isn’t the place for him. I enjoy the food and always get the Hibachi vegetables (I am a vegetarian) which is more than I can eat. A little more pricey, but I can usually get dinner and then a leftover lunch the next day.
