Today, I came here with my parents. The waitress treated us extremely rudely. My mother isn’t allowed to eat extremely large portions, as per doctor’s instruction. They would not accommodate my mother’s special request for the food. Upon speaking to the manager (who was equally as rude), we were asked to produce proof of any dietary changes. In addition, the manager took my mother’s silverware away and essentially treated her like dirt. Overall, a very humiliating and negative experience. We were essentially driven out of the restaurant. If I could give zero stars, it would be at this place. Never Again!
I just called to place a Take outOrder. Hibachi Steak and Shrimp and Hibachi Filet Mignon. I was informed that only Appetizers can be ordered on the weekends Friday through Sunday. Regular Hibachi Monday through Thursday. I guess they don’t need my Money.
Great food as always! Excellent service & friendly staff. The wait is long, but its expected for a weekend. The sushi is great, even if it takes a couple minutes!!! I LOVE SAPPARI!!
