  Very good customer service! They truly want to make you happy and will bend over backwards to make that happen. Point and case; I ordered a medium coke and got sweet iced tea in the drive thru, (normally I sip to make sure its right before driving off but this time I didnt) and came back about 10 min later after I discovered their mistake. They exchanged/upgraded me to a large coke and gave me a banana pudding for my trouble. Good people. Plus the food is served fast and on point. They give you more fries then youll ever eat in one sitting and the pork is always super moist. My ONLY complaint is that the buns for their sandwiches dont seem to a proprietary bun and something store bought. Hence the 4/5. If they improved that ONE tiny thing Id eat there more often.

  Very good food! I feel a little odd when I go in there though because of the vibe the staff gives off..

  A lot of people would like to know why you changed the receipe for the fried chicken we use to buy it 2- 3 times a week and not for a while you have put hot seasoning or sauce on it a lot of people dont like it that hot cant you do it with out the hot sauce please if we wanted spicy chicken wew would of gone to bojangles please let the old receipe come back too
