Poor service, cold steaks. We will not be back. We were a party of 6. they brought my daughter a ribeye instead of the sirloin she ordered. The waitress remarked several times that she thought sure a ribeye was ordered, barely apologizing for her error.. The steaks were served lukewarm at best. I have eaten out many times and have never written a complaint but this was an extremely poor experience.If you are looking for a good steak and good service, don’t go to Binion’s!
Good Food, Casual and fun. Binions was on our route and looked fun. The steak was good, BBQ above average and the service excellent. I would definitely stop by again when in the area. Loved it!!!!
Lackadaisical. We went a few weeks ago for a friend’s birthday. Had not been in a good while. Was given no reason to go back. Our server was the only bright spot, as he was very friendly, but the food was mediocre, my steak was like a flavorless salt lick. Everything was bland, poorly seasoned and pedestrian. I would have complained, but (1) I did not want to spoil the party, and (2) based on the demeanor of the rest of the staff, I did not think they’d even care. We used to go there frequently, but I was reminded of why we stopped during this visit. It is a shame.
I Used To Love This Place. It had been several years since I had an opportunity to visit Binion’s. I used to eat here often when Hendersonville was in a territory I covered. Is it under different ownership, or did they just get tired? Here’s hoping someone gets the old verve back again. I’ll check back to see whether more recent reviews attest to that, or whether the current malaise spells doom in the near future for this once great place. So sad.
Binion’s Steakhouse. I have eaten here several times over the last few years. My girlfriend and I ate here tonight. She had the sirloin. I had sirloin tips. Both med-well. Mine was ok. Only ok! Hers was dry and unevenly cooked. I had fries. She had a baked sweet potato. Mine,again was ok, but her’s was overcooked and running. Not the meal we had hoped for. Disappointed.
Bad opinion about Binions. Looking forward to the deck to see if there’s overall improvement. Has been kind of dumpy inside and nothing spectacular about the food.
After visiting this place on a weekend getaway, I would advise to not waste your time. I had the worst burger ever and if the food wasn’t bad enough, the restrooms were horribly disgusting. How can you mess up a burger? This was one of the grossest experiences I have had at a restaurant in a long time.
