Very smallhad three thinslices of meat. it was good but they could put a little more beef for $10.00. Server was very good. very poor place to eat. Never going back. Arby’s has a better French Dip.
I had the hot pastrami — very good. Wife had the pot roast sandwich — also very good. We each had the parmesan chips, which were good. Nice atmosphere and good service. Reasonably priced.
Got a lunch there several times. Their burger is really great and really love their chips with a ranch. Staff was nice and friendly.Also they have a plenty authentic irish dishes so if you like ireland this is your place to go in Hendo!
I have been going to Hanna’s for over a decade. The beer is always good and cold and the food is usually as good as can be expected at an American pub. This time however I was sadly disappointed. I ordered a special- the fish tacos, and I must say simply yuck. I did not taste any fish, only drippy, wet slaw, onions and unripe avocado…where was the fish? A total disappointment that will not be repeated. The beer and sweet potato fries were excellent so if you are only looking for a snack then no problems there but tacos…no.
This could be a gem.. The previous reviewer that said everyone has a scowl on there face is spot on. No one who works there appears to want to be there. The service was lacking. The place appeared dirty to me. Being an old establishment is not a problem but it is obvious when a business is not taking care of their place. After seated I looked at the ceiling and my first suspicions were confirmed. The ceiling was gross. If things like that begin to go upfront I wonder what’s going on in the kitchen. I had the corned beef and my husband had the boneless wings. The corned beef was so so. The cabbage was a big disappointment is was sopping wet and over cooked mush. It was tasteless and it was so mushy that the bottom of the plate was covered In water and the bread that came with it was inedible because it acted like a sponge and fell apart. The only thing that saved this meal was the horseradish sauce that came with it. It gave the meal some flavor. My husband said his wings were meh. The BBQ sauce tastes very fake like it came from a bottle u would find at the grocery store. He said the teriyaki sauce was better. All in all I won’t be going back. Black rose is right down the road and they make their own sausage by hand. There food is much higher quality and about the same price. I would recommend going there instead.
Sub par. Been a few times.. always smells like stale beer and puke. food was below average. staff walks around with a scowl on there face.
