Nice dinner here this week. Not very crowded on a Wednesday night but service was…as I expected very good.I started with the two apps shown in my review. The best was the once called Mieng Klum. Shrimp pieces with roasted coconut , nuts and onion. Those were especially tasty. Had a sauce of some sort to drizzle over them. Nice!Golden Purses was the other app. Pastry with some shrimp and vegetable on the inside. Deep fried and again another sauce that they called Plum Sauce. very good as well.Ordered the chicken pad thai. This was the best I have had in Hendersonville for sure. The dish had a good amount of chicken. The cabbage was good and crisp and not all soggy as I had had at other places. A slightly sweet sauce but not overpowering. Typically peanut sauce and bamboo shoots. Id really like to go here again and work through some more of the menu.
