Horrible Service!! I went there today to order lunch and when I handed the cashier my $10 dollar bill she kept checking it to make sure it was real. Ok, no problem. I understand lot of places do that. There was a small rip in the bill and she asked me if I had another one. I told her no, that bill is good so she proceeds to walk to the back with my money but I stopped her. She tried more than once to walk off with my money and again I stopped her so she opens up the curtain to say something to someone in the back in their native language then comes back to the cash register still holding my money by then I was starting to get pissed so I asked for my money back and walked out of the restaurant. They tried to stop me but I kept walking. I will never spend money in a place like that. That was my first and will be my last time going there and will be encouraging others to spend their money somewhere else
We used to like this place a lot, but the last several times the food has really gone downhill. The dumplings used to be my favorite, but now they are usually burned and make me feel a little sick afterwards. The service has always been mediocre, but it was counterbalanced by the food. On my last visit it went from mediocre to rude. I’m sad to say that we’ll have to find a new go-to Chinese takeout.
This is the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. I don’t even know if you could call it that. I ordered tofu with vegetables in brown sauce. I got a big bowl of brown soup with tiny carrots and peas (veg-all) and small squares of hot tofu. It was sad! I couldn’t believe it. I walked out. Never go there. They don’t seem to be able to afford to hire a cook.
Horrible Service. The workers are very rude and have no manors. Food is okay. Didn’t feel welcome and was ready to leave once I sat down. Will not be returning
Rude!. We used to love the food (take-out) but it seems to be rather hit or miss lately. They are always terribly rude at the take-out counter. A little friendliness or even a greeting would go a long way here. Sad to say, we won’t be back again. What a shame.
This place is the worst I have ever been to, I will never go back here and if I do I’m gonna make sure I give the staff a hard time just because of the way I was treated here. So I go inside to try to place an order to go and I ask the Chinese lady can I just get a large Lo mein noodles with onions nothing else just that she gives me this stink attitude and pulls out the menu flips it over to the Lo mein section and says only these with the rudest eye roll ever. Now at yum yum’s they let me make an order my way any way I want but not here these Chinese ppl here have way to much pride and I think they are racist. They definitely lost me as a customer I will be taking that extra 15 min drive to Stir King in Mebane.
The food is no longer good!. When they first opened the food was really good. Now it’s tasteless and not worth the money. I would totally NOT recommend it.
