One of our favorite restaurants for special occasions. My husband says the best meal of his life, domestically or abroad, was at Pancuitos. Great locovore menu that changes weekly. Unique ingredients, but they serve a purpose. Excellent service.

Poor customer service. We were regular customers and a dish was unacceptable. Chef/owner would not allow return for substitute. Will never dine there again
Absolutely superb!. We had a party of 7 (their largest table looks to be 8) on a Friday night. The restaurant is quiet, the service very balanced and professional. Non-intrusive, but present – just right, actually. The menu is for 3 courses, with 3-5 selections per course. Everything looked (and was) great. I had fried goat cheese with figs (wow…), snapper over rice, peas, and pork belly (it so worked), and one of the best blue berry cobblers in puff pastry I could even imagine. No one had a single bad dish (and we took most of the menu, among us). Well selected wine list, heavy on Italian. I can recommend the vernaccia. Panciuto is HIghly recommended – competing to be the best restaurant in the Triangle. We’ll be back.

Thoughtful menu. Very European. Service needs to relax.. Each time I have visited I have enjoyed the experience. The care of details is obvious, the food always very good. A community place. They offer community dinners that highlights local talent, interest. Would like to see the service more relaxed, engaging. One gets the feeling that there is an underlying nervousness, not sure why. Relax beloved Hillsborough eating establishment.
