I love this Bob Evans for breakfast. They have excellent pancakes, bacon, sausage and home fries. In addition to the great food this Bob Evans is clean and the servers are very personable. I give them 5 stars for breakfast.
We’ve been coming to this particular Bob Evans for about 10 years. They still do a very good breakfast. Burgers are good, turkey dinner is excellent, everything is standard fare but done well. And the staff at this restaurant is well above average.
Never impressed. The only reason I eat at Bob Evans is because my girlfriend loves it. This particular Bob Evans isn’t as bad as some of the others I’ve eaten at. The wait staff is slow, they don’t listen, and its few and far between that our food is actually warm or hot. I don’t understand how this one is still open, especially since the Concord location closed and it was the superior restaurant!

Strike Two. Ordered one of their Holiday Dinners for pickup and they can’t even get that right.Bob Evans has a Holiday Dinner that serves 6 to 8 for $75 which by itself is a pretty good deal considering you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen. That is, if they get the order right.Turkey, Ham and Cranberry Sauce were right. Got Beans instead of potatoes, pumpkin bread instead of banana nut bread and thie list goes on.This was after my wife had originally called twice. Once to order the meal and the second time to confrm. Normally there is a check off list inside the container it comes in but this time there was not. Looks like they just threw whatever they had available into the container and let it go or they didn’t label the containers correctly and someone else ended up with our order.To their credit, they did make it right but that took another trip to the restaurant in the middle of an already hectic day.Come On guys, at least get this right. It’s not like this was a last minute order.We order it three weeks ago and you had plenty of time to get it right.29 Mar, 2010The Customer does not fit into their idea of a Restaurant. I know that chains are all suppose to be about the same with the same quality standards for food, decor, menu’s etc but for some reason, this location has never fiqured out how to manage it’s customers. Expect a wait of at least 5 minutes on a slow day and up to 30+ on Sat or Sun morning. Problem is in part, they don’t bus the tables and they sit empty but uncleaned for up to 20 minutes.Once you get seated, it is the luck of the draw on wait staff. There are a couple who are attentive but the majority are more concerned with finishing their shift.I don’t know who owns this store but they could take lessons from the stores in Mooresville (Ext 36 on I-77) and just down the road at the store on Harris Blvd (Exit 18 on I-77). It’s worth the drive to either of these locations if service is important.At least they do meet the food quality standards of the chain. Food is the same here as at the Ohio mother store
