Love Them!. Awesome store! I only wish they were on my way to work so I could dine there more often. *Just this past Sunday (9.11.11), I witnessed 2 separate incidents with very rude customers basically belittling the young employees. The employees stayed professional and respectful. I always get excellent service here (and the food is great too). Keep up the great work and take care of that staff!
Dunkin’ Donuts without donuts!!!!!. We dropped by here 2 nights ago since we’re craving for donuts. When we were waiting at the counter to be served, 2 guys were just passing by and laughing without asking us what we wanted to get. Finally, an Indian guy asked us what we want and asked where the donuts are. He told us that they don’t have donuts. However, they do have coffee, ice cream, bagels, cakes, but definitely not donuts. For god sakes, this place is called dunkin donuts and they have no single donuts? Not to mention being ignored by the servers until they feel like working to finally ask you what you wanted. This place is a joke! And who hires these people?!
Best coffee you can get. This place is overly crowded!
24 Hours?. I am from the north and Dunkin’ Donuts is open 24 hrs and only closed a few hrs on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I wish that at least one was open late.
