  Not bad, but not the best in Charlotte. I’ve had Pad Thai from just about everywhere in the greater Charlotte area and this was mid-pack, but I’ll probably give it another shot.

  I was reading a review from prior the only one that seems to exist on this site. I am very flabbergasted as to how this person was at the same restaurant that I am at. The food is absolutely incredible, tasty, the sushi is amazing. It is probably the best I’ve had in this area. The service was absolutely impeccable. The wait staff was very knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely be back. As far as the other review, I hope someone will remove it!

  First and last time!. Greeter: Didn’t greet, smile, ask how many, etc. Server: Tried hard, but not experienced I’ll assume. Food: So So- Sushi dry and tasteless. Shrimp Fried Rice: ok in taste but served barely warm. Original Dinner with chicken: Served barely warm. Stated it was spicy but was not, my daughter asked for some sauce as we saw another table with sauces and asked for the same, however the waiter stated to just use the sriracha sauce as it was the same. She then asked for some peppers and came back in 5 mins. and stated they were cutting them up and finally brought them to her, which at that time her food was completely cold. I ordered the original ginger plate with shrimp to be added. I never received my plate, at first he stated yours will be right out, 5 min later he stated they are finishing yours up, another 5 -10 mins later he stated there was a problem and the are finishing it up, he came back a 3rd and 4th with no mention of my meal, came back again and asked if I would like to cancel my meal and he would remove it off the ticket. I asked are they cooking my meal as I would like to eat tonight and please bring it to me. He comes back again still with no meal. My daughter went directly to the manager and he had no consideration and just said what did you order, came back with a plate that had fried fish and a couple shrimp, it tasted like concentrated soy sauce. The waiter came back to ask how was it, I told him not good and I was pretty sure that this wasn’t what I ordered and I said but Im trying to eat it, he walked away and said score, whatever that meant. He passed by again and said yep that definitely not what you ordered. He then informed us the he was pretty sure wherever we would go to eat that there would be problems because restaurants make mistakes and that their restaurant has a high volume of customers and that they return… and said this boldly with arrogance. I could go on but pretty much you get the gist of the experience.
