Good food and a really fun way to eat dinner. We have eaten at several restaurants in this chain and this was the best so far. We had an excellent waitress named Lindsea. Be prepared to spend at least two hours eating the full meal. With cheese course, salad, entree and dessert it took us 2.5 hours to eat. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.
On vacation in North Carolina and saw that there was a Melting Pot restaurant. I have dined at the one in Columbus Ohio before and expect good food and service. This restaurant more than met these expectations. Waiter and management went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The waiter while preparing our pots made conversation that was of interest to us, not just rambling on about himself. The food of course was wonderful as always.
Prices a little high. This place has potential but prices are definitely a little high given what they offer. The concept is different and service is good. Atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming.
