Nasty. The two woman that work at the Metro Deli at Langtree are rude and nasty!!! They are nasty to the customers, they talk about them when they place orders and they roll their eyes at the customers. I will not order anymore from them. Its sad that I have to get food that is pre made just so I dont have to deal with them. I so suprised they are still there.

Poor Service. Since the opening of the new Langtree Market I have stopped by a few times for gas and to pick up a snack. I liked the cleanliness and the even though the cashier generally always is overwhelmed being that he is the only one working, I havent minded waiting in line. After seeing that they have a deli inside on my previous visits I decided today to give it a try. I live only a few miles away so instead of going in and ordering I decided to try calling in my order. After calling in my order of a few sandwiches they said that I could come in and pick up my order in about 15 to 20 minutes, this was fine I wasnt in a hurry. After about 20 minutes I arrived to pick up my food only to find that my order hadnt even been started on yet! Worse, there were several customers in line that were getting their orders made who I knew obviously had not been waiting for almost half an hour. I stated this to the two working behind the counter, the sandwich maker only said she would get to it when she could? and the cashier gave me a half-hearted apology. Needless to say I will not be returning, and really there is no reason to considering the vast amount of other options within the same distance from my home, all of which have much better customer service, or for that matter any service at all.
Nice market. Reasonable prices. However there is an older gentleman that works there that seems quite unpleasant and impatient at times. My children and wife have both had multiple unpleasant experiences with him. I personally have not but I personally would travel further than have to exchange words with him in the future. I’m impressed with the younger staff there.
Good Start. This is the first of many restaurants that will be opening in the upcoming months in Langtree right off of Exit 31 on I-77. Not been open more than a couple of days so I decided to give them a try yesterday.Good mixture of various Deli sandwiches and panini’s along with Pizza, chicken tenders, wraps, salad and soups and other items. They have a good assortment of fresh Breakfast Sandwiches as well.I decided to try the Muffaletta Panini and it was pretty good but needs a little fine tuning. The panini I had was warm on the outsdie but had not stayed in the press long enough to warm and melt the inside. No problem with that because a NOLA style Muffaletta was generally served cold anyway. The question is the balance of meats and cheeses along with the Olive Relish and they have this part nailed. Only been open a short time and the grill staff will work this out as time progresses.In general very clean, nice dining area for the traveler along with other facilities. The staff is excellent and will only get better.It’s a good place to stop. Food is first quality as is the service and everything else.
