I’ve been here a few times, and the pizza has never been bad, but has not been great either. I much prefer the loop pizza grill as far as Kernersville pizza places go. At least the folks who work there are nice and they have a good variety of toppings. Overall, I think their pizza could use more sauce and less cheese. I also agree with FredB that the crust could benefit from being crispier.
Great Pizza, Even Better Stromboli. After reading the positive reviews of this place, we knew we had to give it a shot, and we did Sat for lunch. This tiny restaurant, located is a small strip center, did not disappoint – in fact, the pizza and stromboli we tasted here was as good as any we’ve had in the Triad to date.They sell by the slice as well as the whole pie, and the individual slices are huge – the cost is $1.75 plus 50 cents for each additional topping. The Cheese slice was excellent, loaded with nice, stringy cheese. On the second slice we added pepperoni & green pepper, and this was great as well with plenty of tasty pepperoni & still crisp green pepper. I do wish the crust was a little more on the crispy side.The small Regular Sromboli (about $6) was outstanding, and if that is small, the large must be a group thing. This thing was loaded with meat and more great gooey cheese. The crust is excellent with a hint of garlic. I put this stromboli right up with the very best in the Triad.. No doubt, we’ll be back.
Best NY style pizza in Kernersville. The owners are very nice and the pizza is superb NY style pizza, even better than some I have had in NY.
Wonderful. I love this place! Everything I’ve tried is great and they are very friendly. I’ve had the pizza, wings, steak and cheese, and ziti and loved all of it. I highly recommend this restaurant.
People are real nice that own it and sauce and cheese are good. What I didn’t like was the crust. I like well done pie and it was cooked that way however in between the crust it was doughy. If they fix this problem I would try it again. Ps I’m from newyork so I have a good understanding of pizza.
Best pizza in the Triad. Steve am Vito are great and very friendly. If you like New York pizza then you’ll love Little Vito’s.
Best pizza in Kernersville and surrounding area. Have had pastas and Italian rolls (like stromboli) too , all food is great. Staff is very friendly and prices are good.
