Rude, nasty, racist, illiterate, never again. Me and my Mexican friend went to order food here. Right off the bat the lady started yelling at me because I wanted extra meet. She already did not know english well enough to even understand what I was talking about. When I got my food, it had a bitter after taste as if it was sitting out over night aFter thawing. I asked them if I can replace it and thry said no there’s. Nothing they can do for me. Since that’s the case, I will be the one Calling the health department on them to be sure that place of business gets shut down.
Mixed Feelings. I used to drop in and order since I live close by. Tried ordering on-line, called to confirm & the guy said he couldn’t see on-line. Asked how they would know to make my order and he wouldn’t give me an answer. Couldn’t understand anything after that so I just said nevermind, goodbye. Guess it’s the language barrier as others have said. Feeling very confused & sad I didn’t have cashew chicken for lunch!
Nope. Huge language barrier prevents me from ordering by phone, but the super warm restaurant makes me not want to wait for my food after ordering either. But the real deal breaker is the greasy food that lacks flavor. Just not worth it.
Communication not so good. I order from them all the time because they are inexpensive not so much that their food is great. when i talk to them on the phone i had to get 3 people before someone could understand my order and directions to my house
Much improved over previous ownership/management. Food is very good. Not the atmosphere of a high class restaurant, but much better eating than fast food joints.
