Ham and Swiss omelet had balanced taste, omelet was well prepared, especially if you don’t like them too hard. Service was efficient. Seemed to have the right amount of staff on an earlySunday morning (pre-brunch rush). Decent WI-fi service. Good location.

Forgot to add. I forgot to mention, the people ahead of us and back of us ate and left before us24 May, 2015Long wait for fifteen minutes. The food tast good. I will probably never go back because of service. It took myself and one other person little over an hour to be seated the another twenty-five minuets for our food to arrive, then took us fifteen minutes to eat our food. Our waitress was nice. If you’re going to go I would call ahead and ask if it is busy.24 May, 2015Pancakes. I didn’t know the size portion. Very good! (The eggs came on a separate plate)

Excellent food and people. We tried First Watch at Capital Blvd and I-540 today. Very pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the food. I had the Beefeater, which is roast beef, cheese, tomato, with an excellent horseradish sauce. This along with Italian wedding soup was an excellent an filling lunch. For $1.00 more I had the larger soup and whole sandwich. Very tasty and tender. My friend had the Reuben and felt the same as I did about her food. The Omelettes, and Hashes sound fantastic, and we will try them soon. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and friendly making it a very comfortable eating experience in a comfortable atmosphere.Give it a try; I think you will be happy with First Watch.

My first visit not good at all. My second visit was bravo perfection. A note to the readers. If not a great time the first visit.. Give it a second chance and it might be better. On the second visit. Everybody nice the second visit. Good food, clean restaurant at the second time. And the great service.

A little uneven, we had a terrible waitress. First, service was terrible. Slow and sometimes non-existent, but always with a smile. People who came in after us had their order taken first and their food delivered first (same waitress, table beside us). That should not happen – ever. That aside, the location is convenient, the wait wasn’t too terrible (or uncomfortable), and the atmosphere is clean and modern. Once a few food errors were corrected, this could be considered one of the best breakfast places around.Let me explain… all our dishes were pretty good except my hash had nearly-raw onions in large quantity but once I picked them all out the dish was very tasty and fresh. Unfortunately, the Eggs Benedict came out with an over-cooked egg with no runny yolk – it was nearly hard boiled – and it had only a hint of Hollandaise sauce. We wanted to send it back but our waitress disappeared and we were hungry, so we dug in. It’s easy to mess up Eggs Benny so handily during prime brunch time – but to have your server drop it off without checking it first – a moment with it and even we could tell it was over-cooked and under sauced – and then not coming back within a minute or so to see if everything is okay is completely unacceptable.I’ll definitely go back… a little wiser – no onions in the hash and check the order before the server disappears forever. Then I’m sure I’ll get one of the best breakfasts in the area!
