Bad customer service. I called asking a simple question and the lady came back at me telling me it was the wrong time to call with questions because its lunch time. I was wonder a price and she said check the website and I told her its not on the website, she said well you can call back at 4 today and we will help. I thought that was so rude of her the way she said it. I would not go there during lunch time because they are too busy to help you out.
Servers are rude and keep asking for credit card as they already had it. They also keep asking for my ID as I am 53 years old they continue to serve drunk patrons and cater to locals
Service was good, most of the food was good but HALF of the RibEye sandwich was PURE FAT. So eating half of a sandwich was great, then it was all fat on a bun. It seems they’re not able to see the FAT and clean it off of the meat before grilling it. It is definitely NOT a place for entertainment, as the bands are all bad, the sports are on the tv’s during their acts, and frankly the game (even as a non sports fan) is better than who they pay to be their DJ or Band. Just go for the bar food and beer, and you will enjoy it. Do not expect quality foods as they are using the same suppliers as other cheap restaurants do, but they charge MORE for the same bad beef.FRIED FOODS AND BOOZE….that’s their forte.
