Ol’ Style Seafood. This is a quiet, shall I say older clientelle establishment. It is cute, quaint, and the servers tend to be young. The staff is friendly, for sure and quick to always be of help. When I think of this place, I think of when I was a kid, my grandparents taking us for seafood, hushpuppies galore and fried shrimp! This is that place you always remember! The hushpuppies are good, fresh and from scratch. The dressings are all from scratch, and the salads decently fresh. The stuffed crab, can use a little less breading, but overall it was decent. This is a fried fish and shrimp galore restaurant. You will not go home hungry, the portions are good, and the staff do their best to ensure you are happy! Family style all around, even the crab legs were good, not over cooked at all, just perfect! It is hard to find a decent seafood restaurant, especially in the mountains, mind you. To find a restaurant that does not demolish crab legs, it’s hard. too many times they can be over cooked. I look forward to trying something else, maybe not fried, lol. Just remember this is your grandma’s restaurant, and I can only imagine after a Sunday Service this place would be hoppin’!
