Absolutely the worse Japanese food ever!
Sayonara Nara. The manager of this Nara Express recently yelled at my wife for asking to combine two of their promotional punch cards something Ive never had any business that uses such a promotion as much as bat an eye about.Punch cards are a Customer Loyalty Promotion. Theyre designed to increase the visits of established customers. Ineffective at bringing in new customers but effective in getting current customers to return more often.Customers regularly cant find or dont have the card with them and start new ones at business that use such a promotion. Merging punch cards is a standard procedure because of this. The idea is to create loyal customers. Hassling them over merging punch cards is NOT the way to create a loyal customer. It is in fact, a good way to create the exact opposite.Badly played Nara Express of Lenoir. Yelling at your customer/accusing them of doing something fraudulent will lose customers rather than create loyalty.
Very good prices and food!. Nara Express is the best japanese restaurant around! Service is fast and friendly and food is delicious and consistent. No wonder why they have been voted best japanese for 2 years in a row! You’re missing out if you havent tried it!
Yummy and well-priced!. If you can’t afford to go to one of the pricey Hibachi places in the area like Kobe’s or Makoto’s, Nara is seriously the next best thing. Best fast Japanese food I’ve ever had anywhere in the country, and the quality is always consistent.
