The caramel cup and raspberry chocolate chip were bland. The chocolate excellent. None were smooth all had a grainy texture like they used a low milk fat base.
Definitely the place for ice cream. Ordered a medium coffee flavor and the coops filled my cone.I enjoyed all the licks with persistently good flavor.
Ice cream was homemade. My mint chip was very minty. My hubby had the vanilla with m&ms. We were happy with the selection. They have different kinds of chocolate chips. I tried the coconut, but decided to go with the classic.
This shop was open on a Saturday afternoon when not much was open or happening in Manteo. One scoop in a cone was well packed and a generous serving. Cool treat!
