Better than the Restaurant. I sounds odd to say this but I’ve readlly never liked teh Fuddrucker restaurants I eaten at because the burgers are always dried out and grossly overcooked. I can’t say the same about this Food Truck. The burger I had was very good. It was moist and juicy with just the right amount of fat and had an excellent flavor and consistency. Just like a burger should be. Fries were not great but acceptable considering they came off of a food truck.That said, they were still better than what I’ve gotten from the free standing restaurants in the past.Don’t know what these guys are doing but the parent restaurant should take a few pages from their playbook.The folks were nice and friendly. My order was taken quickly and the service was excellent.Being a food truck, not much I can say about the atmosphere but if I run into them again, I’ll defintely give them another try.
