My wife and I love Pie 5! She is gluten free and they have the best gluten free crust we’ve tried! Even better than Brixx and Mellow Mushroom! Staff is super friendly and offer great suggestions. Think moes but pizza!

Great concept. Think Moe’s or Chipotle with pizza. You pick thin, thick, wheat, or gluten free crust, then pick as many toppings as you’d like–it’s $7 regardless of what you put on your pizza. They’ve got an excellent selection of toppings, I just wish there’d be a few more choices of cheese. The finished product is excellent. Crispy on the bottom, toppings heated but not soggy on top. The salads are good too–they come in crouton bowls made from the pizza crust. Will definitely be back
