Stopped in to grab lunch after a day of exploring the area and shopping. I was alone and grabbed a seat at the bar. The hostess and server were very attentive, I never lacked for a single thing. I ordered off the lunch menu, the sushi special, it did not mention that the sushi was deep fried. Had I know that I would have made a different choice. The salad was great, the house dressing was divine. The sushi roll was good, but would have been better if they had not been fried. All in all it was a pleasant experience.
Really???. We’re very disappointed in Johnny’s. We used to love going and got great service. Now, the customer service is awful. And no half price sushi and wine after 8 PM? They just lost a loyal customer of 6 years. We won’t be back. Any recommendations for good affordable sushi in Ballabtyne area?
