Slow service, average food. I ate here on a weekday when there were hardly any tables filled up (inside and outside the restaurant) but we still waited 10 minutes before a waitress came to our table to order our drinks. The food tasted good but I got the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and it came out dry, cold, and with no BBQ sauce but my side was warm. The side of coleslaw had no dressing on it (mayonnaise) so it was as if they just bought a bag of coleslaw at the grocery store and stuck it in a cup without adding anything to it. My guest wasn’t happy with the collard greens she ordered, they were extremely over-salted. The service was fairly slow for the rest of the meal but the waitress was thoughtful to give us our last round of soft drinks in cups we could walk around the White Water Center with. The prices were reasonable in my opinion. Maybe it was just an off day here, we will likely eat here again considering it’s the only restaurant but our experience today wasn’t anything to brag about.

Had to wait a very long time for a table because it was during an event and there were a ton of people. But they let you leave and walk around and they text you when your tables ready. Sweet potatoe fries are great. Sandwiches are decent. Service is good but not great, they’re always very busy and don’t come around much but they’re friendly. We’ll still return.

Food prices were great. Environment clean and cool. Our wait staff was excellent. Pulled pork was good.the sweet potatoe fries were some of the best I have ever had. Cons: bread was dry on the pork sliders, and hamburger. The ciabatta roll did not have the crispy crust that you would anticipate. The fried pickles were greasy. I am sure they will address their bread quality. Maybe it was just an off day?

Maybe ever so slightly overpriced, but tasty nonetheless. All too often the food at self contained areas is awful and overpriced, yet the Whitewater center has managed to pull together a very tasty menu with a skilled chef. Altogether I recommend it – come out for the day on a Thursday or Saturday, sit outside, and enjoy watching the kayakers wipe out while eating tasty food and listening to live music. An excellent time altogether!!

Food is ok. Sweet potato fries are worth trying. I don’t like the bar. They host events and can’t handle the crowd, so they form a line at the bar. A line at the bar. Stick with the 24oz PBRs in the market next door.
