  Ridiculous!. I called in a takeout order today at 1:35. I was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I said that is great because I am on my way there now. Due to the construction on Tryon I was rerouted and didn’t arrive until 2:00. After standing there in front waiting for 5 minutes in an empty restaurant with no other customers and no smell of food, a heavyset blonde man emerged from the office looking half asleep. He told me he had not even started my food. I just walked out. I will NEVER go there again!

  Well last night I was having problems with the online order not wanting to go through so I tell my friend to call it in for me….she had the most difficult time trying to place the order its like the person did not know what to do….I work in food service as well and that falls on management that this person hasn’t received proper training making that more difficult to order….came to the store and I order was completely wrong….now online when I was trying to order it only cost me 27 and some change but when I get to the store total different price it was 35 dollars….they took the food already given to us back over the counter after we had been through it and took food out like they were going to give it to someone else …..overall it was an experience I would never want to go though again I stand for excellent customer service and that was not given treat others how you would want to be treated he was very rude about the situation will never return after this…they are in need of some serious help
